Court Yield helps racquet clubs fill empty courts. This page explains what we collect and why.

Text messages

If you sign up for court alerts, we keep your mobile number, first name, the sports and times you picked, and a rounded location (about half a mile, from your ZIP code or one-time browser location). We use this only to decide who gets an alert about an open court, and to offer a discount code. We never use it to raise a price.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone else. We only share your number with our text provider (Twilio) so the message can be delivered.

We keep a record of your consent: the time, the exact words you agreed to, and the page you signed up on. Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts. Reply HELP for help.

Club owners

We store each club's own booking data to suggest prices. One club's data never touches another club's suggestions. Uploaded booking files from the free audit are deleted after 7 days unless the club signs up.
